A: Hop on over to echoechowine.com, hover over the logo on the top left-hand corner, and click on the collection you’d like to see under the ‘Shop’ tab in the dropdown menu. From there, you will be able to click around and explore to learn more about our wines. Each page has details on the wine and a ‘Buy’ link on the top right-hand side of the screen.
Q: Do you ship to my state/country?
A: We are unable to ship to P.O. mailboxes or to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Utah. We always suggest using a business address as federal law requires someone 21 years or older to sign for delivery. If you live outside of the United States or in a no-ship state, contact us at [email protected] for options.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: It can take up to 2 business days to process your order. Orders ship via UPS ground and take between 2-8 business days to arrive once shipped. We can arrange expedited shipping and special orders easily– contact us at [email protected].

A: You’ll get a tracking notification email via email once your shipment is packed up and ready to make its way to you.
Q: Where is your wine made?
A: Echo Echo’s 2016 Coastal Red Blend and 2017 Benchland Sauvignon Blanc are both produced in Sonoma, California.
Q: Is Echo Echo Wine available for purchase at any brick & mortar stores?
A: Echo Echo Wine is available in select stores currently in only St. Louis, MO and Baltimore, MD.
Q: How do I redeem my code to listen to music?
A: First, check the back of your Echo Echo wine bottle for the alphanumeric code about halfway down the label. Then, head to echoechowine.com. Hover over the logo on the top left-hand corner where a ‘Redeem Your Code’ link will appear in the drop-down menu. Log in (or sign up for an account) with your email address and password to reveal your account page, where you type in the special code from the back of your wine bottle. Upon entering and clicking the ‘Get Your Playlist’ button, your new Echo Echo playlist will be available for you to listen to, in addition to any previously redeemed Echo Echo playlists you’ve entered codes for in the past.
Q: How many times can I enter the wine bottle code?
A: The code on the back of each Echo Echo wine bottle can only be redeemed once.
Q: How do you pick the music that you pair with your wine?
A: Each Echo Echo playlist that is paired with our wine is expertly curated to enhance the flavors of our wines. With so many talented up-and-coming artists on the rise, we’re constantly keeping an eye (or rather, an ear) out for new tunes that bring out that special something in Echo Echo wine.
Q: Why did you decide to pair wine with music?
A: For generations, we’ve hosted music performances on our family vineyard in Sonoma where we’ve repeatedly stood witness to the powerful interplay of music and wine! To us, the two are nearly inseparable.

A: A portion of the proceeds from each Echo Echo Wine purchase is donated to MusiCares to help musicians throughout a wide range of financial, medical and personal emergencies.
